The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Management have issued caution letters to a further ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be popular with young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a number of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory criteria or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label especially stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added following the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include precise statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the manufacturing of e-liquids. Suppliers cannot use vague language or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice products including several premium brands, a few which had a range of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire mouth of the disposable unit was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients listing for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between this product and another products was that product did not consist of any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Cool Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not found during smoking any traditional smokes. My next puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a mild pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a sweet and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, giving me all the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
